• When will I receive my order?

Answer: Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing it. Typically the orders are delivered within 2 weeks but it may up to 30 days. Please contact us if your order is not received on time.

• What do I do if I received a defective order?

Answer: Don’t worry if you received a damaged or defective item, we will take care of it. Please contact us through the “Contact Us” section and indicate the order number. We will get back to you and start the return / refund or exchange process.

• What is your return policy?

• What if I received a damaged / faulty item?

Answer: If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

• How soon will I get my refund?

Answer: Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
